As soon as your order is placed, our team is working tirelessly to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible. To ensure accuracy, please allow 5-7 business days to process the order for packaging and quality checks. Estimated shipping time frames are below. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carrier : UPS

Standard Shipping:
Our domestic shipping carrier is UPS. After processing, the items take up to 3 business days to arrive (usually 1-2 business days).

International Shipping:
Our international shipping carrier is DHL. After processing, the items take 7-10 business days to arrive.
BrokenLand does not cover any taxes, duties, customs, etc. fees that may be imposed on international shipments. Customer is responsible for any additional fees.

Express Shipping: We are well aware that sometimes, you just need the item NOW. Email orders@broken-land.com for RUSH shipping options. While they are not guaranteed, we will do our best. Extra fees may apply. Express shipping is not guaranteed and evaluated on a case by case basis.
During the holiday seasons, national holidays, severe weather conditions, pandemics, etc. shipping delays may occur.
